The IUCr supports the participation of young scientists to attend the ECS1 through the Young Scientist Awards. All applicants with a maximum age of 30 (exceptionally 35) will be automatically considered for this award. Recipients will receive travel and subsistence support and will be requested to register with the World Database of Crystallographers.
Two grants of 300 euro each will be offered by the European Mineralogical Union to support the participation of students or young researchers with mineralogical background in the ECS1.
One grant of 300 euro will be offered by the Società Italiana di Mineralogia e Petrologia to support the participation of a young SIMP member in the ECS1. To apply for this bursary please send an email to segreteria@socminpet.it after having completed the registration.
